Hello, meet my new #ombréhair
which was done at Salonvim, Somerset 313 not too long ago!
How my hair looked before the colour job.
Honestly, i was totally clueless on what to do with my boring hair but it has been like this for years
so i thought maybe it's time i give my tresses a whole new makeover
Here's what Katherine (my hairstylist) handed me, just look at the wide range of colours omg
Kath suggested a mix of Ultraviolet with a tinge of Turquoise,
which was definitely a refreshing choice and coincidentally two of my favorite colors!
Tadah, cant describe how much i love the outcome
Closeup of the pretty ombré shade, which felt almost too unreal to be on my hair. If you noticed,
my violet-turquoise dye is more distinct on the inner part of my curls so it doesn't look too over the top.
I'm truly honored to have a professional who has such an eye/flair for detail to be working on my hair ;)
Jolene and her new hot pink dip-dyed curls, love how they complement her skin tone
My hairstylist, Katherine who has the prettiest hair in gorgeous hot pink ends on ash brown base.
Thank you for the reassurance and amazing job done, I cant be more glad to have made this decision.
However, the hair can get quite dry and brittle since bleaching was involved in one of the steps.
Thankfully, the Redken products above saved my hair especially
the Mythic Oil which smells as good as it looks.
My hair feels so much lighter and softer just after a few washes
All in all, what i'd love best about my new hair is that sometimes the colours' subtle
Other times, it takes me back by surprise, in the most pleasant ways of course
I love my unicorn/peacock/mermaid hair so much,
Thankyou Salonvim for always working your magic!
ps. good news, quote my name "Lucinda" to be entitled to a 10% discount for the first timers ;)
