Falling in Love with Fall

Back from Ohvola's lookbook shoot last weekend, and it was so much fun. The last we had was sometime back and we're definitely getting the momentum to make it a monthly affair. Can't wait to receive the photos from our lovely photographer Dee, will blog more about it in the next entry!

Arteastiq Tea Bone China, Millenia Walk  

Finally got to try my hands at Art Jam, and boy it was the best four hours spent for the week. 

This place was a really different experience altogether as compared to the outlet at Mandarin Gallery.

The ambiance was perfect, enhanced by a great selection of oriental music infused with 

modern acoustic elements. It was my kind of a perfect Tuesday afternoon.

We were early for our session so we sat down for some Shanghainese food   

Peking Duck, i really love this

The XLBs were pretty ordinary

but the abalone wanton herbal soup was flavorful and so good

With our blank canvas sheets and clueless about what to paint

I cheated a little cos they provided a few folders of references // my cup of Pear Tea was complimentary

Therapeutic, just what we needed away from work

Mx's piece and he was almost done, i love the happy colours

It was so much easier than we expected, and the huge sense of satisfaction we received at the end of the session is priceless

I'll definitely be back again :)

Work trip / Visiting

This trip felt a lil' different with more company and we finally found time to visit the relatives

This is purely just for laughs haha, i blame it on the lack of sleep due to our latenight flight

Our relatives brought us away from the urban area into the villages for a very different lunch

The dishes were simple and nothing luxurious but they were fresh and so savoury i really enjoyed it
